Catherine has truly been nothing short of wonderful! While I know my home was on the more "affordable" side, she worked for me like it was a "Million Dollar Deal"!!! I had been trying to buy a home through Catherine for about 6 years! But being self employed, and then Covid, it brought some challenges! She hung in there with me, and we kept trying, relying on God to lead us, and His timing to call the shots! And it finally happened! The perfect home, for the perfect price, at the perfect time! Thank You God, thank you Catherine, and thank you to the sellers and their agent! Catherine always made me feel like I was a TOP priority, and her "paycheck" (as small as I knew it would be) was NEVER felt! She navigated me like the Pro she is, and treated me like I was GOLD! We had to work through not only the purchase and negotiations, but also doing a rent-back with the sellers! That took some serious navigating! Met Catherine over 2 years ago at an Open House. Knew right away she was going to be our agent when we could sell our home in Temecula. Being elderly, we knew this was going to be a hard move. Catherine went above and beyond to help us get prepared, and walked us through every step of the way. She was very helpful with recommendations for us anytime we needed work on the property, but I do recommend vetting those people and businesses yourself before you hire them. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from my realtor Catherine Schiffer. Catherine and I go back to 2018 when I was going through my divorce and I needed to relocate. I met Catherine through a mutual friend and decided to take her on as my realtor. She took the time to get to know me and understand exactly what I was looking for. Tbh, I didn’t even know exactly what I was looking for. But I knew I wanted a pool. She lead me on my journey that consisted of me look at 32 homes. Throughout the process, she always reassured me that if it’s not exactly what I want, we will look at another. She definitely made the whole situation that was extremely stressful, easy and organized. Come 2025 my kids are all grown and the house that I previous bought with Catherine has all of a sudden become too big. It was also time for a change for me. So I called Catherine to the rescue. It was a natural choice. The first 3 months of trying to sell the house was very stressful. The house wasn’t moving. There economy is flat and Catherine was with another brokerage. In the 3 months, not even one offer came in. The day that I was going to cut ties with Catherine and her old brokerage, was the same day that Catherine called me to tell me she changed brokerages and became a team member of Compass. After interviewing, the new team that Catherine has joined, I decided to give them a chance. The house went off the market immediately to be re-staged. Between the new marketing, new pictures, new videos, and new brokerage. (Only Catherine was the same) The house sold on the first day of going back on the market, at open house. The house was finally staged correctly, priced correctly and had the correct team. What a huge difference it is with the right team.
