After we got the house there were a few things that needed to be addressed and she got everything that needed to be done done in a timely manner. Catherine was a true professional throughout our home-buying experience. She was very patient and probably showed us too many houses because it was such a hard decision. She was also very knowledgeable about things in the homes that she thought would need to be replaced or repaired. We appreciated this feedback from her because this gave us an idea of the kind of money we would need to put into the home after buying it. In the end, she found us the perfect house in a great neighborhood and stayed within our budget. She definitely worked hard for us.
