I am 65 yrs old and have been buying and selling my own homes since I was 20. I have never worked with a Real Estate Agent in the same league as Catherine Sawatsky. She and her team of Caitlin, her daughter, and Aaron her son, can be as much or as little - hands on as anyone would desire. For my recent house sale, which is currently in Escrow, Catherine and Company basically turned our already "nice" home into a "Thomas Kincaid Painting". We have had so many enthusiastic and positive comments by those looking at the MLS Listing and Facebook showings, plus viewing in person. Catherine handled all the fix it items on the house prior to listing. I was in Montana and couldn’t arrange for the work to be done. Can’t imagine the average agent doing all that extra work. Great agent
