I had a great experience working with Catherine and her team. I got to see first hand why they're so successful. They're knowledgeable in the world of real estate. Purchasing a home can be scary, especially if it's your first time. I thought it was going to be easy, go look at some houses and find one you like. The reality was, looking at houses took a lot of time and Catherine and her team had a lot patience. Once I found a house I liked to place an offer, Catherine explained the writing an offer process. She also went over scenarios of what could happen if things didn't go as planned. Which I thought was great because then I was able to prepare myself for a different outcome. I really appreciate all that Catherine and her team did. They never made me feel like I was just a customer, but more like friend.

This was our first time buying a home, so there's a certain level of stress we were already expecting, however, I'm happy to say the only stressful thing when buying our 1st home was finding the right home to start our family. Catherine was also was very clear about the next steps and what we needed to do to move the process along, she helped alleviate our concerns with the inspection and repair requests, and most of all, Catherine and her group fought for us to get the house we were wanting for months...yes, months. Catherine and her family made the purchase of our first home a great experience. We are a large family on a tight budget and they took all of our wants and needs into consideration and we got the house of our dreams. After we got the house there were a few things that needed to be addressed and she got everything that needed to be done done in a timely manner. I think she was professional and had our best interest at heart with every showing. They made it easy to trust and we feel like family and not like a transaction. We will definitely recommend them.
