I had a great experience working with Catherine and her team. I got to see first hand why they're so successful. They're knowledgeable in the world of real estate. Purchasing a home can be scary, especially if it's your first time. I thought it was going to be easy, go look at some houses and find one you like. The reality was, looking at houses took a lot of time and Catherine and her team had a lot patience. Once I found a house I liked to place an offer, Catherine explained the writing an offer process. She also went over scenarios of what could happen if things didn't go as planned. Which I thought was great because then I was able to prepare myself for a different outcome.
