Catherine was fantastic to work with. I was a first time home buyer and she really helped me through the process and explained things in detail. She was knowledgeable, very responsive, and listened to my feedback on houses and changing preferences and adjusted house searches to fit my needs and wants. She had contacts for everything (inspections, etc.) but wasn't pushy about using anyone in particular if you had your own contacts. I highly recommend Catherine and will definitely use her in the future if the need arises.

We had a fantastic experience working with Catherine. It took us approximately 6 months looking locally to find our house. Early on she asked a lot of really specific questions to figure out exactly what we were looking for-she really tried to understand what we wanted to make sure she was never showing us houses that would be an absolute no. Once we had our offer accepted she made the process so easy-we never had to worry about forgetting any steps with her. While we hope not to be moving anytime soon, we would absolutely use Catherine again. We highly recommend her.
