She also brought a lot of energy to the process and we always felt like we were a priority for her. We had our first offer accepted on our current home and with Catherine's advice, we stuck to our guns and were able to buy it for asking price. Catherine did not always explain things as clearly as we needed, but her judgment was always astute and her experience means that she has an excellent sense of how things will play out.
