When I decided to sell my home, I wanted to work with a realtor that I knew personally. Unfortunately, the home I was selling was in a different county and I did not know a local realtor there. I knew Catharina and although I did not think she would take on a distant property to sell, she said that she would. I am very glad she did. Catharina went above and beyond in order to get my home in selling shape (I wanted to sell "as is" and did not want to spend on improvements). She offered insightful direction to me regarding things for me to consider. Catharina was also very resourceful when it came time to getting the home into basic "selling shape". Using her connections to find cleaners, window washers, etc. saved me so much time. She traveled to the property several times -- not only to show the house, but to ensure that it was still looking good, and to attend to anything that it might need. Catharina's communication was top-notch; always keeping me informed to the level that I wanted. This was not an easy home to sell in that it was out in the country in the Sierra foothills. She would receive calls or general interest in the home and would always keep me informed of what people thought about it, what particular things they were interested in, etc. We got a range of offers, but of course, none were simple. But Catharina gave all of them their due attention and would talk with me about the pros and cons of each one. We finally settled on a non-standard arrangement for the sale and I could not be happier with the level of expertise in the way it was all handled. Catharina and her team at RE/MAX, along with all the document preparers, the title company and others that assisted in seeing the transaction through, were all professional. I am highly satisfied with Catharina's work, and of course I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

She was awesome. She knew what it would take to sell my townhouse and made it happen. From staging, to market study, to pricing she did a fantastic job! She kept me totally informed of everything going on. Additionally she worked the final deal on her birthday in the middle of a birthday celebration ! She also helped me find a new home that I absolutely love!! And I am not easy to please!! I appreciate everything she did to help my dreams come true!

Catharina is amazing! We went with her for the sale of our first house, so the process was all new! Combine that with a global pandemic, and well, we needed some guidance and support. Cat walked us through the whole process, including finding and buying a new home, with care, detail and kindness. She was free when we had questions, listened to our concerns when we were anxious, and got us 2 great deals (old and new house). Next time we buy a house (which will hopefully be never, lol), Cat is the only realtor we will consider.
