Cassidy is honest, direct and fierce when it comes to navigating the closing process. She patiently showed us houses but once my husband and I agreed to make an offer on a house her knowledge of the market and communicating skills truly shined. She was able to negotiate certain items in our favor and was on top of the closing process. When there was a hiccup on the lender side, she did not hesitate to call Title and our Lender to ensure closing date would be met and the rest of closing could go as smooth as possible. We truly appreciate her going above and beyond to champion for us. She was extremely thoughtful during this stressful process.
