I worked Casi to execute a 1031 exchange (sale of one rental property and purchase of another). Timing is incredibly crucial for these transactions. Executing incorrectly would have cost to lose around 40K. Not only did she help me with the timing, she also helped me determine which property was the most ideal to sell, and what type would be the best to buy. Another broker was trying to warn us that the property I was selling would be very difficult, due to the location, and the fact that they’ve been sitting on a similar property for over a month, in a more ideal location. However, Casi helped me determine the best (and most cost effective) upgrades, in addition, the best way to stage it. Because of this, we were able to have it under contract in 3 days from listing.
