Casi worked diligently and promptly on all my requests. In this market, we had to do a lot of quick showings with houses going under contract so quickly, Casi got me into all the houses I wanted to view quickly. During the two contracts we did get, she was very helpful through the inspection and objection processes. She got all the inspection objections requested. She handled everything professionally including all my detailed requests. Answered all my calls or returned them quickly.

Casi helped me purchase my first home, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She went above and beyond! She was always available to answer any questions I had and made my home buying process so enjoyable! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Kept in frequent communication, very courteous and understood our timeline and financial goal.

Casi is soooo genuine, patient, passionate and knowledgeable in her field. I was terrified when we started our home purchasing process during the summer of Covid and I am 100% certain, if we had any else as a realtor, I would have quit trying. Casi never turned away my never ending questions, always responded to my outreach in due time and was always up front with me about our home buying process. She genuinely cared to help us find our forever home. I will always be thankful for this woman’s kindness and expertise in her field. Thank you, Casi!!!!

Buying and selling your home is crazy! We went into this on just a thought. Casi helped us through everything. All my crazy questions, she made us feel comfortable. Thx so much Casi. We found our forever home.

Great Realtor Casi did a great job from start to finish with selling our home. She is easy to work with and has great follow up skills. She has great attention to detail and her communication is excellent. She anticipates any roadblocks and is very proactive across the board with her approach to selling your home. Our entire process was seamless and hands down a great experience!!!

Casi was great! She not only helped with all my questions regarding buying & selling this house, but also with the stress of moving. She was very positive & professional with all her expertise advice. I also made a life-long friend.

Casi has the professional, expertise & kindness to have our sale go through. She was very thorough & helped me immensely. I would definitely have her as my agent again!

From the very git-go MS Reynolds saw that I was a down to earth non-professional. She saw that I was caught unawares (being a will executor) and had no experience in the realty business. MS Reynolds, (Casi), tutored me on what we would be doing and what would be expected of me and my siblings. This young lady explained the value of showing the home and presenting it to the public in a favorable manner. She should be commended for her professional knowledge and personal handling of my Mother's estate. On a personal level, MS Reynolds alleviated any fears or anxieties we may have had. Casi also followed up on problems with the Title company that we experienced after the sale. Thank You Casandra Reynolds and the great company you rode in on.

Casi Reynolds is the best. She is fun, upbeat and great to work with. She is easy to talk to and always answered our questions even when I would send listings that we wanted to see. She listened to exactly what we wanted. We found our home within a week of selling our other house. I could not have asked for a better agent.
