I needed to sell my house quick, because I already had an offer on another place. Casi helped find the correct price-point, to move it, yet still make a good profit. We did an open house the first week and had two offers. Note, this is a time when rates went up and buying really slowed down. We accepted an offer (for 10K less than asking) but the buyers were sketchy and backed out. I was ready to lower the price by 10K, to move it. Casi thought it would be better, to lower it by $500, just to get back in the front of the listings. We did that on Thursday and had another two offers by Friday, for full price. I accepted one that allowed us to stay rent free in our house for a month, and we closed a couple days ago. I would definitely recommend Casi to anyone.
