I do not, did not know how to sell a house... someone like Casi had all the tools to do this and then some. She is a real professional and her negoatiating skills are amazing. She is easy to approach and can see both sides of an issue and give options and alternatives to any sitauation. I would use her again if the occasion arouse to purchase a property down the road.
