Cassie went above and beyond for us in selling our home in St. Cloud. We were under contract within 2 weeks of going live on the MLS. She is extremely knowledgeable and for the few things she wasn’t sure about she would make calls and inquiries until she had the answer. She is beyond kind and caring. She went from being a complete stranger to a friend in the 2 month (ish) period we worked together. She fights for what is right for her clients and will make sure you make an informed decision without trying to steer you in the direction she thinks you should go. Cassie is honest and upfront the entire process. Our buyer and his realtor were incredibly difficult to work with the entire process but thanks to Cassandra I was able to sleep at night knowing I had an expert who had my back. When listing our home Cassie spent literal hours going over all of the comps with me to ensure we listed our home for the right price. If you need help she is right there, she even went as far as helping to clean my carpets and pack my belongings. She is truly an asset to the real estate profession. I honestly could go on and on about how truly amazing she really is. If you decide to utilize Cassie to sell your home you are getting the best of the best and I promise you will not regret your decision.

What can I say about Cassandra that's going to do her justice. I guess the most important thing to say about her is that she will work for you until the job is done and done to perfection. She's very thorough and she's always in constant communication with you to ensure that you are on board with everything that you tasked her to do. I would definitely recommend her gladly to anyone that wants they're home sold. My home was a difficult sale and she managed to get it done in a timely fashion. Where do I start, she has been amazing at what she does. My home might have been considered a difficult sale to me, but her it wasn't an issue and she worked her magic and did an amazing job and got the job done.
