We moved to Northern Colorado from Hong Kong in August and actively searched for a new home to welcome our newborn baby. Carrie helped us a lot in this process as we basically know nothing about the local real estate market in Fort Collins. Thanks to her, we bought a very nice new house, which is also our first home! Carrie should be your go to gal for all your realtor needs. She made moving from out of state to Colorado a breeze. All of our deadlines were met 100% thanks to her communication with us, our out of state realtor, our mortgage broker, and the sellers realtor. She’s a hard a** in the best way possible. I feel confident we got the best deal and the upper hand of all negotiations thanks to her. Additionally, we’re in our dream home in an area she doesn’t normal service (which says so much about how much she will go out of her way for you). To make it better, she even did some walk throughs and video chatted with us when we weren’t able to make it to several houses we were interested in. I can’t recommend her enough, especially coming from someone who has very little buying experience. She’s knows her stuff and will educate you along the way. 100/5 stars.

Carrie was immediately attentive to our unique needs from the start of us building a new home. We have a disabled son with issues concerning his chemical sensitivities and his overall safety. We've moved a lot. Building homes for our son's needs has always been challenging, but never more challenging than during the Covid pandemic. Carrie never waivered in her quest to help us work successfully with some very difficult home builder employees. She communicated regularly with us and was very professional. Carrie maintained a very positive attitude throughout the process while still making it clear to the builder that certain aspects had to be resolved in a timely fashion. She also was the agent for selling our previous home. She gave us many updates about our home's market value as the market changed rapidly. Her suggestions about how to show our house were very helpful and relatively inexpensive. Our son who mainly comunicates by typing recently typed, "I will be forever grateful for Carrie helping us get our new house!" All three of us highly recommend Carrie!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Carrie Sexton. Carrie came highly recommended by my mortgage broker. She is highly respected in the community, and I felt incredibly fortunate to have her represent me in the sale of my home. She is extremely knowledgable, professional, communicative, supportive, flexible, organized, conscientious, efficient, reliable... in my opinion, she went above and beyond! Carrie had my best interest in mind, and also conducted herself with such fairness and integrity for all parties involved. A few facts: My home had an offer after the first showing, was under contract within a few days, closed in 19 days, and I received above asking price. Carrie handled any surprises with ease and kept me up-to-speed on any changes as I was traveling much of the time. She was juggling several other open houses and contracts at the same time, and I always felt that my home and sale was a priority. I cannot thank Carrie enough for her hard work and dedication.
