Carrie was immediately attentive to our unique needs from the start of us building a new home. We have a disabled son with issues concerning his chemical sensitivities and his overall safety. We've moved a lot. Building homes for our son's needs has always been challenging, but never more challenging than during the Covid pandemic. Carrie never waivered in her quest to help us work successfully with some very difficult home builder employees. She communicated regularly with us and was very professional. Carrie maintained a very positive attitude throughout the process while still making it clear to the builder that certain aspects had to be resolved in a timely fashion. Her suggestions about how to show our house were very helpful and relatively inexpensive. As a seller’s agent, she was so on point and well prepared that my house sold in less than a week with minimal showings and above our original estimate of sale price.
