My husband and I contacted Carrie after seeing her name and number on a sign for a house that we were interested in. We could immediately tell how much she cared about her clients and we appreciated her transparency about the whole process from the start. The initial house wasn’t the best fit for us, but Carrie quickly started showing us other houses until we found the perfect home for our family. Carrie is an excellent communicator and walked us through every step of the process along the way. It was our first time both selling and buying at the same time and having a toddler on top of that, but Carrie made it so easy for us! We experienced a family emergency the day before the closing of both houses. Carrie helped calm my anxiety and advocated for us when things out of our control unexpectedly came up on moving day.
