My husband and I contacted Carrie after seeing her name and number on a sign for a house that we were interested in. We could immediately tell how much she cared about her clients and we appreciated her transparency about the whole process from the start. The initial house wasn’t the best fit for us, but Carrie quickly started showing us other houses until we found the perfect home for our family. Carrie is an excellent communicator and walked us through every step of the process along the way. It was our first time both selling and buying at the same time and having a toddler on top of that, but Carrie made it so easy for us! We experienced a family emergency the day before the closing of both houses. Carrie helped calm my anxiety and advocated for us when things out of our control unexpectedly came up on moving day. If you are looking for a realtor who truly cares, I cannot recommend Carrie enough. In August 2025, our family made the decision to step outside our comfort zone and follow a dream we had talked about for years — moving to Florida. We always knew our home wasn’t our forever home, but it was the perfect starter home filled with memories. When we first listed it, we experienced many disappointments, negative energy, and even had our listing expire in January 2026 after a buyer backed out just days before closing. It was emotionally exhausting. I had known Carrie personally and had reached out to her many times even before hiring her, just asking for advice and tips as a family friend. I already knew what an amazing person she was, but seeing her work professionally was something else entirely. When I asked Carrie to take on what I thought might be a challenging situation, she didn’t hesitate. She welcomed it with open arms and to say she exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. The first day our house was relisted, we had over 15 showings scheduled, with buyers even asking us to hold offers until they could see it. Once we selected the perfect buyer, Carrie never stopped advocating for us. Even with us being states away, she treated our home like it was her own priority. Snow? She handled it. Heat not working? She personally checked on the house. Stress getting overwhelming? She was my advocate when I needed strength and my biggest cheerleader when I felt defeated. Carrie didn’t just sell our home, she supported our family through one of the biggest transitions of our lives. We are beyond grateful and will never be able to repay her for the dedication, care, and heart she put into helping us close this chapter and start our next one.
