Carrie was an exceptional asset to my husband and I as we were searching for a home to purchase in Colorado Springs. Carrie was patient with all of my questions and emails and was always kind and warm when she would respond to me. There was never a moment that I felt as if I was inconveniencing her, which I greatly appreciated. Carrie is very familiar with Colorado Springs and did a fantastic job of showing us homes that were within our price range, but also reflected our personal tastes. Carrie met us at our hotel the first day we were in town from Virginia on our house hunting trip. She made herself available to us on our schedule for numerous full days of house hunting. Our search included 3 separate trips to Colorado and over 80 home visits before we found the perfect one. Carrie was right beside us through the entire process, advising, showing, negotiating and encouraging us every step of the way. I would never know she has other clients, she was so focused on us. Her knowledge of the industry in general and Colorado Springs in particular is impressive and was valuable to us as we were making a significant move to a new state. I cannot say enough good things about the attention and concern and professionalism Carrie showed us. I have recommended her to several families and one has already bought a home with her help. Carrie has been everything we could ever possible ask from a realtor and so much more.
