Carrie helped us sell our house. In this market it sold quickly and for an excellent price, but where Carrie really helped us was with challenges during the process. We had an issue come out of nowhere that threatened the sale despite both seller and buyer being aligned, and Carrie skillfully negotiated it and provided support and suggestions on how to address it until it was resolved. For this and other matters, I emailed Carrie at all times of day, and she responded quickly throughout the process. Finally, even weeks AFTER the sale, when I needed some documents for a separate matter while in middle of a move, she tracked them down and got them to us. Carrie knew the market, knew the sales process and provided excellent support through it all.
