Carrie did a great job with all aspects of our sale. From helping us to get the house ready, to listing the house through the closing process she was there to help at every turn. She had good recommendations for vendors to use for painting, maintenance, staging, etc which helped us get the house set to sell. She also recommended what things we needed to do to prep the house and what things we didn't need to do. She was always conscious of the return we would get for whatever we were planning on doing. The house was in contract very quickly (5 days) so her results were great. She was very helpful with the negotiation process; both on the price side of things and the remedy request side. And she was there to help with the closing if we needed it. We would highly recommend Carrie to whomever is buying (we used her when we bought in 2012) or selling. Also if you are thinking about building we would recommend her for that too. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of the home buying/selling process.
