Within a week or two of working with Carrie, she had sent us the house we would end up buying. Every morning, she goes through the flexmls listings and tells buyers explicitly which ones she thinks they would like based on their interests. She got us everything we wanted in our house, & at closing, she gave us a list of anyone you could ever need to call. Carrie’s been in this business for a while, & she absolutely knows what she’s doing. When I first talked to Carrie, I had a house that I thought I liked. So I sent it to Carrie, & she immediately pointed out several reasons why it was probably still on the market. She absolutely loves what she does, & it shows.
