As an expert in real estate, I have worn many hats including realtor, appraiser, investor, and landlord. I have even been called to testify as an expert witness for both residential and commercial properties. However, what really differentiates me is my passion for real estate. I have spent my entire career in the real estate field. I completed my BSBA at the University of Florida majoring in Real Estate and Urban Analysis. I interned in college as an appraiser and continued my work after graduation opening my own shop and earning both the MAI and AI-GRS designations.
As a realtor, I am able to use my appraisal skills to provide target pricing for my sellers and ensure that my buyers do not pay over market. Additionally, I can offer cashflow analysis for investors and insight into the items that can add value for both resale and rent potential. I have been an investor for over 20 years and my portfolio has included both residential and commercial properties. I recently purchased a single-family home that I am renovating to hold as a long-term rental.
When not working, you might find me playing pickleball, enjoying time at the beach or sailing with my husband on our boat, Floridays. I also enjoy traveling both domestically and abroad. I made a promise to my children to take them to all 50 states before they graduate high school. My oldest is now a senior in high school and they have 2 more states to go!
Fun Fact: My first job was at Walt Disney World working at Casey’s Corner in the Magic Kingdom. Ask me about the tunnels under the park and how the cast members arrive at work.
