Carolyn was always very responsive to emails or calls, and always made herself available for showings. When we asked her opinion, she would provide an honest opinion and the reason why. She was patient through several years of searching for the right property to make sure we found exactly what we wanted. She was able to identify the value in an unprecedented market. She was always prepared and on time, and did her due diligence on properties.
