Carolyn represented us as a buyer. We moved to Prescott from out of state. She was helpful prior to us moving here, helped us find a short term rental, was very patient during a “hot” market & helped us land an ideal home for us. She knows all the neighborhoods, other agents, repair people, inspection people, escrow & title, loan. The whole process was delightful and went very smooth. Highly recommend her!
