Carolyn was a total delight to work with. When we were ready to list she helped with pricing and marketing that was spectacular. Once we had a buyer, all of the steps to closing were just as seamless. From inspections to title company, our closing was flawless. Caroline knows her business and it definitely shows. I would recommend her 110%
For our first time buying I was unsure of how this process would be. Carolyn made it smooth and easy. She’s full of knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions and help along the way. Not only is she the best at what she does but she is a joy to be around. If you are looking for a realtor look no further. I would recommend Carolyn to anyone!!
From the start of listing our home, to selling it and living in a different state, everything went well and without a hitch. We had an offer in 2 days, and closed a month later. Seamless process with Carolyn! We will use her again and highly recommend her if you are buying a house in the Cape Coral/Ft Myers, Punta Gorda area. She's the best!
Carolyn really knows her stuff. Selling or buying can be stressful no matter when it occurs, however, with her sense of humor throughout and her attention to our needs, we couldn't have chosen a better agent.
Carolyn took the time to understand our needs and wants in a new home. She offered suggestions, provided details and showed us countless properties. When we found one that was perfect for us, she made the rest of the process easy!
Carolyn was great from day one! My wife, Dawn and I have worked with several different realtors the last few years, and most were very competent and a good to work with. Carolyn brought a whole new level of energy, competence, and professionalism to the table and she was great to work with! I can't tell you enough the value we received knowing that in just a short couple days we saw the best properties that fit us, and then ultimately, "the one"! Thank you Carolyn. You were awesome!!
Carolyn was awesome she explained to me in detail about the assessments and flood zones. Whenever I had a question she knew the answer or would reach out to find the info. She also took me on a tour of the Cape and went above and beyond any real estate agent I have worked with I would highly recommend Carolyn as she is the consummate Real Estate agent.
Mrs. Chesser showed an unique and extensive knowledge of the area as well as displaying the expertise and understanding of a true professional. She is also the best looking realtor in Southwest Florida!!
Carolyn is very kind & patient. Her knowledge of the area is expertise! You can really tell her concern and reward comes from making her customer truly happy! I would recommend her to anyone & everyone!!
Carolyn made things so easy, especially as we were out of state. I would not hesitate to use her again or to refer her. Thanks so much Carolyn.
Carolyn did a good job adjusting to changing market conditions and gave us good advice. Carolyn went above expectations to help finalize sale.
