She never gave up, continued to help me navigate my new world, was encouraging, committed to the task, was knowledgable of what the market was doing and was instrumental in negotiating a reasonable price that was realistic for both me and the seller. She was also instrumental in obtaining a home warranty to help cover costs of aging appliances and AC. I'm happy with my new home, Sandoval is the perfect community for me and I'm here with thanks and sincere appreciation for the hours and patience Carolyn gave so willingly.
