She showed me numerous properties, provided guidance based on her years here and, as we spent time together and she learned more about me, became focused on what I needed/wanted to be satisfied with the major changes in my life. The number of properties we looked at filled my spread sheet but she remained positive the right one would come along and finally, it did! She never gave up, continued to help me navigate my new world, was encouraging, committed to the task, was knowledgable of what the market was doing and was instrumental in negotiating a reasonable price that was realistic for both me and the seller. She was also instrumental in obtaining a home warranty to help cover costs of aging appliances and AC. I'm happy with my new home, Sandoval is the perfect community for me and I'm here with thanks and sincere appreciation for the hours and patience Carolyn gave so willingly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond for her clients! She is the better than the best and is an asset to her company and profession.
