Customer service at the forefront. Not only does Carol know the market from top to bottom, she is a wealth of information when it comes to property management. Having someone in your corner when it comes to purchase, renovation, management and sale with Carols knowledge is a value so far beyond the cost of commission. I would highly recommend Carol for all your real estate needs, I will be using her again in the future.
