Carol was referred to me by rocket mortgage, although my experience with them was not stellar, Carol was exceptional. We informed her that we were new home buyers and we had been working with another agent who was not working out. She immediately sprang into action helping me to understand the shortcomings of the previous agent and what she could do for me. She advised even if you plan on working with some one else here are things you should know. We decided to work with carol informing her of our must haves, likes dislikes, and absolutely nots. We toured a few homes found one we liked and Carol walked us thought what she thought would be the best strategy for making an offer. Needless to say we put our trust in her and it worked out better than we could have ever hoped for.
