Carol was referred to me by rocket mortgage, although my experience with them was not stellar, Carol was exceptional. We informed her that we were new home buyers and we had been working with another agent who was not working out. She immediately sprang into action helping me to understand the shortcomings of the previous agent and what she could do for me.
