After 40 days on the market and no offers, her suggestions to lower the price and paint the interior a neutral color created immediate results. The interested buyers had concerns about the aging roof and an unresolved solar panel issue. Carol invested both issues and solved the problems. She suspected a problem with our irrigation system and contacted our irrigation guy to check it out. Just a few days before the scheduled closing, and open permit related to the solar panels was discovered, and Carol worked magic and got it closed.
