Simply put, my experience with Carol was nothing short of outstanding in very challenging circumstances. In what feels in hindsight like nothing short of a series of small miracles, as a team they were able to help coordinate with me from Massachusetts to California, partnering with several estate sale experts, yardwork, tree trimming, pest removal, inspection experts, extensive junk removal, and a rockstar team of support that were able to accomplish an incredible number of improvements and even manage through an unexpected burst pipe on an unbelievably reasonable budget. All of this, in addition to helping preserve the legacy and history of my family from my parents. They regularly communicated with me with pictures and kept me updated on progress. Above and beyond the call of duty barely begins to describe the level of support I received throughout this whole process – consistently meeting with different parties requiring access to the house and helping be my physical presence on the ground while living far away gave me great peace of mind. Their knowledge of local experts made the process so much less stressful – they truly showed so much support and willingness to go above and beyond to help our family during this transition. We were able to successfully sell the property significantly above our desired asking price in part because of their commitment to excellence and support for ensuring we were in the best position possible as clients.
