Carol made the entire process of selling our home stress-free and almost fun! She knows everyone, knows the market, and knows how to present a home in its best light, from quality staging to getting necessary improvements done. She is realistic, thoughtful and organized, which is why our home sold so quickly. We have now bought a house with Carol and sold a house with Carol, and if circumstances permit us to return to lovely Petaluma, we'll buy another home with Carol again. She's the best.

As first time homebuyers, we were worried the process would be daunting. We are so lucky our friends recommended Carol to us. Once we had our offer accepted, we had an issue with our bank during the escrow process and Carol reached out to our loan team directly and advocated for us and thankfully it all worked out.
