Carol was very helpful in the process of selling and buying our new home. We have not bought or sold a house in 29 years and she walked us through and simplified everything for us. She was available for us to ask many questions and sometimes twice.

Carol was recommended to me by a friend. As I was buying my first house, I was a bit nervous and did not know the process well. Carol explained everything to me before the buying process began and while it was happening. She lead me through each part step by step. She was extremely professional and yet she had a very friendly attitude. As we were going through the buying process, Carol was brilliant! Seriously brilliant! I would highly recommend Carol. I will only work with Carol when buying another house or if I sell.

Carol was amazing to work with and made us feel as though we were her ONLY clients, though we know that was not the case. Her knowledge of the local communities was impressive and once we finally figured out what we liked and what we wanted she was able to find us our dream home. We looked at a LOT of houses before we finally realized what our "type" was and Carol was attentive and patient as we worked it through. There were a lot of bumps in the road, including 11 other offers on our dream home. We were initially beat out by another offer but she persisted in making our interest in the home known so that when the deal fell through we were in a position to get it. She worked through several difficulties with the transaction and we never even had to spend a minute on the phone, she took care of EVERYTHING for us. Carol is an amazing resource for all things involved in home ownership and we trust her completely and still reach out to her occasionally for advice. We will recommend her to anyone we know looking to buy or sell a home.

I found Carol by pure happenstance, and sheer luck! After a few disappointing experiences with seller's agents, with Carol I felt someone truly had my back. Carol stuck with us through a loophole-laiden search, and stayed with us through our closing that had an unexpected lender hiccup. She was a grounding presence during my first-time buyer experience - like having a trusted big sister helping me with a major life-decision. We hope to work with her again.

We have worked with Carol three times, both buying and selling homes. Most recently, Carol was very helpful when we wanted to sell our rental property. Although we had done a ton of work on it, we just weren't getting any interest when we first listed it. Carol tactfully helped us to see where some changes we had made weren't consistent with current market trends, particuarly with respect to paint and cabinet finishes. We took her suggestions along with a leap of faith and repainted the interior, including the wood cabinets. The difference was impressive both in the look of the home and the sudden interest among buyers. We quickly sold the house within our target price and avoided wasting time and additional mortgage payments waiting for a buyer to come along.

Carol was a great realtor and I would recommend her in a heart beat! Because of her outstanding knowledge, she helped stage our house perfectly. Our house sold after the first showing! We were very picky in what we were looking for in a new house. Carol did a wonderful job in finding us the perfect house! She worked many late nights to help us out. She gave us her undivided attention every step of the way.
