I found Carol by pure happenstance, and sheer luck! After a few disappointing experiences with seller's agents, with Carol I felt someone truly had my back. We have worked with Carol three times, both buying and selling homes. Most recently, Carol was very helpful when we wanted to sell our rental property. Although we had done a ton of work on it, we just weren't getting any interest when we first listed it. Carol tactfully helped us to see where some changes we had made weren't consistent with current market trends, particuarly with respect to paint and cabinet finishes. We took her suggestions along with a leap of faith and repainted the interior, including the wood cabinets.
