Carol and Bill Burchfield are wonderful to work with. We were commuting from 3 1/2 hours away.. We did not waste any time or travel. Carol would screen homes for us. There was never any pressure. She knew the area well and was very intuitive as to the home we would love. They did not attempt to up-sell at all. We told them the price range we were interested in and they stayed right there. Our search became a fun adventure with friends. AND .. we found the perfect home within our budget.
Having dealt with many R/E Agents over my lifetime, I must honestly say that dealing with Carol Burchfield has been a unique and pleasant experience. The Real Estate concept has been mostly: getting the Buyer/Seller together, closing the deal, collecting your commission, and going on to the next project. But with Carol it has been like meeting a new friend, having many things in common, and enjoying each others company. Our closing was one fraught with many challenges one after another.
