Carol and Bill Burchfield are the most professional realtors that I have ever met. They have gone way above and beyond with us through a somewhat difficult closing. Many times they performed tasks that were beyond the scope of their responsibilities in order to "get the job done". Even with the difficulties, they were pleasant and positive at all times. Our experience with Carol and Bill reinforces why I would never attempt to buy or sell real estate on my own. In this multi-step process Carol and Bill did not solve problems, they *anticipated* them. Their advice was always sound, and their expertise in this area and the real estate business evident. Phone calls, texts and e-mails were returned the same day...or sooner! We know they had other clients besides us, but they gave the impression that we were the most important things they were doing. I am careful and sparing in my praise, but Carol and Bill have our unqualified recommendation.

Carol and Bill did a great job selling my mother's condo. None of the surviving family were located in SC so we needed a realtor we could count on to handle everything in our absence. Carol and Bill certainly went the extra mile and sold the condo quickly and for the best price. They really know the local real estate market and they kept us informed about every event.

Was looking to purchase a beach condo in the Myrtle Beach area, and found one on Zillow that interested me. I entered the "contact me" info nd very quickly, I was speaking with Carol. Very responsive and efficient. Knew the market well and actually she spotted one that popped up on the market and that one ended up I purchased. Carol and Bill were always available for all my calls and question and when I could make it over tot he area (I live 6 hours away). Again, knew the market well, the players on the market and highly skilled at real estate. Paperwork was very quick and easy (DocuSign). MY interaction with the HOA / Property Mgr was rocky, but Carol stepped in and smoothed it over and got me all I needed. HIGHLY recommend. Will exceed your expectations.

My wife and I, as well as other family members have used Bill and Carol over the years a handful of times. We find them to be extremely organized and diligent in their work. Their biggest asset?????? COMMUNICATION!!!! They have always, ALWAYS let us know what was going on with the sale of the home. Who was going to view the house and what the feedback was. And they were always looking for feedback. It was not unusual to get a text at 6am from Carol telling us there was a showing that morning at 9:30am!! Bill and Carol....... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
