One of the important features in a realtor is for the person to know the buyer's needs and desires, and not waste time and effort of showing properties which do not match those needs. Bill and Carol were excellent in meeting our needs. They were very informative about the area, were very attentive to our needs and never showed us a property which did not meet our criteria and were extremely helpful in assisting us in the decision making.
