Carol Bohne

I had worked with Carol in the past when I was a renter. She was always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. It only seemed natural that when I began my home journey Carol was my go to. She responded to all calls, texts, and messages - even via Facebook, within a few hours and most times within 30 minutes on weekdays, weekends, and even after normal business hours. Carol was able to schedule viewings of homes I was interested in within a day or 2 at most. Questions or concerns I had in regards to viewings were addressed. I would definitely work with her again and recommend her to others.

I called to inquire about this unit and Carol was extremely rude. She answered the phone unprofessionally and did not even introduce herself. I let her know I was interested in one of her properties and she could not have been more off putting. I asked multiple questions.. as one typically does when they are looking for a home. She responded with "why are you asking me all of this." I asked her why she was being rude as I was only contacting her because she was listed as the the point of contact and I was sorry that I was bothering her. She said "oh". I thanked her for her time and before the conversation ended she didn't even ask for my name or contact info. Had she not been so nasty I would still be considering this property. It is a shame that Carol is responsible for other peoples properties. Im sure the owners would be displeased if they knew how she handles business.
