Really hands on with the whole process. She was understanding of our needs and we could tell she really wanted and worked for the best outcome for us. Another great thing with Carol was that she was super flexible. As we have children, our schedule flops around all the time, but she was more than willing to work around our schedule and she put up with our chaos! LOL! I would definitely recommend her and will use her again in the future.
