Carmel is absolutely amazing - a true pro. She is realistic, nimble, experienced, and negotiates hard for her clients. We first met her when she represented the buyer of an income property we were selling. We were so impressed with how she advocated for her client that we hired her to sell our next single family home for us, which she did during a tricky market downturn. I recently worked with Tyler King to purchase a home in Portland. I was given a referral to Tyler and he was excellent. Moving from out-of-state seemed like it would be difficult. It was not, Tyler was welcoming and professional at every stage. I also presented him with an additional challenge of a recent bankruptcy that would require court approval to purchase. Tyler remained patient and positive and did a great job explaining my circumstances to potential sellers. Tyler did what every client is looking for he was prompt and responsive and communicated each step of the process clearly. I am happy with the home I purchased and would recommend Tyler to anyone looking for a great agent.

Carmel & Tyler were fantastic. I've worked with Carmel before, as she helped my husband and I buy our house 17 years ago! This time she and Tyler were helping me sell my dad's house after he died. The house was not in good shape, but they were very knowledgeable about how to best market an as-is house. They did a thorough inspection before putting it on the market and made the inspection available to potential buyers so we could make sure that any offers were serious. It ended up being an extra long process, but through no fault of Carmel & Tyler. They kept tabs on the process and facilitated keeping it moving. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Carmel Siler is a fantastic asset when buying or selling property. She has in depth knowledge of the market, buying and selling strategies, potential problems with the property as she is adept at construction as well amazing professionalism. She has excellent working relationships with local realtors. That helped us enormously in getting our home. She is responsive and prompt with quick turnaround times to get contracts signed.
