I recently worked with Tyler King to purchase a home in Portland. I was given a referral to Tyler and he was excellent. Moving from out-of-state seemed like it would be difficult. It was not, Tyler was welcoming and professional at every stage. I also presented him with an additional challenge of a recent bankruptcy that would require court approval to purchase. Tyler remained patient and positive and did a great job explaining my circumstances to potential sellers. Carmel & Tyler were fantastic. I've worked with Carmel before, as she helped my husband and I buy our house 17 years ago! This time she and Tyler were helping me sell my dad's house after he died. The house was not in good shape, but they were very knowledgeable about how to best market an as-is house. They did a thorough inspection before putting it on the market and made the inspection available to potential buyers so we could make sure that any offers were serious. It ended up being an extra long process, but through no fault of Carmel & Tyler. They kept tabs on the process and facilitated keeping it moving. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Carmel is the best realtor! We met her in 2002 when she helped us purchase our first house in NE Portland. We stayed in touch over the years and of course she was our first pick when we sold our home in 2021. Tyler is a fantastic advocate if you're looking for help buying or selling a house.
