Carmel recently helped me sell my mountain cabin and adjacent lot. It was very easy to work with her: she's professional, super thorough, and incredibly personable! I was worried that listing my mountain place with an out of town agent might be a detriment, but she happily made the hour trek up the mountain many times to take care of my sale, even holding an open house, and working closely with the local agents. Within 2 days I received and accepted an offer on my lot, and in less than 3 weeks my house sold!! She definitely goes the extra mile for her clients... literally!!!!
