Carmel recently helped me sell my mountain cabin and adjacent lot. It was very easy to work with her: she's professional, super thorough, and incredibly personable! I was worried that listing my mountain place with an out of town agent might be a detriment, but she happily made the hour trek up the mountain many times to take care of my sale, even holding an open house, and working closely with the local agents.
