It’s a crazy story but true! We came to Naples for a two day visit and left with a new home. Carly met us in her office and provided us with a detailed understanding of Naples and the type of homes in our budget. She showed us four communities and was very conscious of our needs. Once home in Atlanta, she sent videos to help us make our decision. We could not have navigated this long-distance process without her keen eye and attention to detail. She was a constant go between with our builder and ourselves. When we were in the final stages of negotiating our deal, she represented us and somehow always got us what we wanted. She was always so quick to get us an answer whatever our request! My wife and I called her our magician! We are very thankful to have worked with Carly and now, settling in after our first visit just two months ago, are very pleased with our decision. There are not enough words to describe how great the effort that Carly gave in trying to complete the selling of my home. Due to many problems caused by the buyer, Carly constantly had to change closing dates and worked very hard to finalize the sale. Previous to selling my house, Carly did her very best to find my daughter a rental in Naples. I have dealt with Realtors in the past but none could compare to her efforts.
