Carly is very knowledgeable about the entire home buying process. She was very attentive to every question and concern my wife and I had. She helped us understand the best ways to write an offer, what matters most with your offer and how to proceed with counter offers. More than that though, Carly was sweet, honest, upfront and genuinely caring person. She made us feel very comfortable during our many conversations and helped us feel 100% sure about our purchase!
