Carlos knows the market very well in addition to his strong communication and negotiating skills, he was able to have the seller choose us to buy the property versus the other buyers with competitive offers. He was on top and always updates us where we are at in the process from securing our offer from the seller to getting our mortgage loan approved. He is very professional, willing to give his ideas but never pushes it. He offers choices on what to take and allows us to make our decisions. He works hard even after business hours and weekends. He even worked while on a 9- hour trip on the road on his way to a family event just to get the property for us and he did it in less than a month. Carlos and his team is very dependable, trustworthy and excellent in what they do! I definitely recommend him to my family and anyone I know who has real estate needs.

Carlos is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate profession, he knew when the best time to sell was, knew how the house should look during phototshoot and was very familiar with the geographic area, despite the area being relatively new to him...HE DOES HIS HOMEWORK!!! To tell the truth, what started out as a consult… 30 to 45 minutes on selling our home - turned in to a few hours.
