Carlos is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate profession, he knew when the best time to sell was, knew how the house should look during phototshoot and was very familiar with the geographic area, despite the area being relatively new to him...HE DOES HIS HOMEWORK!!! To tell the truth, what started out as a consult… 30 to 45 minutes on selling our home - turned in to a few hours. And when Carlos left - make that before Carlos left - we were his clients, on the way to becoming friends. For my wife and me, this wasn’t our first home sale.
