We first inquired Carlos about selling our home, he let us know that he could pull some information together and set up a quick meeting to go over it. He arrived out our house, which was extremely convenient since we had a toddler. He laid in plain english exactly what the numbers were and what the process would be like. The first one fell through due to the inspection report and disagreements on our end with the buyer. But we went back on the market and we had another similar offer within days and we accepted! He was very flexible with scheduling home tours and would was quick to turnaround a schedule to maximize viewings.
