We first inquired Carlos about selling our home, he let us know that he could pull some information together and set up a quick meeting to go over it. He arrived out our house, which was extremely convenient since we had a toddler. He laid in plain english exactly what the numbers were and what the process would be like. He was never pushy or felt eager to make a commission, he was just super friendly and was genuinely offering the best advice and routes for us to take! We agreed on a fair rate and off we went!
